Though I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed that the plot more or less died down the second half, especially because there were still lots of plot points that could've been developed further (particularly yuki x tooru and hints of yanagi x sakura). It's not every day you get one that manages to combine and bring out the best of both shoujo and shounen elements into 1. Overall though, easily one of the best romcoms out there tbh. In case anyone's wondering yuki and tooru do get together which is why the Sakura rejection scene happens in the first place but god damn it why'd they have to go and completely skip over Yoshikawa x tooru's conclusion? I was a bit worried they were just gonna shoehorn it in, but it seems like they just completely omitted it oh well rip.
